I offer therapy to young people and adults for a range of psychological difficulties, major life events and transitions.

· A young person struggling to find your place in world, deal with social pressures and cope with day-to-day stress

· A parent of a child who has developed emotional or behavioural issues that you are concerned you don’t know how to solve

· Someone who constantly has to deal with intrusive or difficult thoughts, images, habits and compulsions

I am passionate about helping people who may not be diagnosed with a mental health condition but are facing significant challenges impacting their psychological health and wellbeing. These are the people who community mental health services will not commonly see, but for whom the pain and impact on their life is huge.

I offer a professional and highly skilled service to provide people with the support they need. My clinical training covers a wide range of psychological therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-based therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Family and parenting interventions.
