In addition to individual therapy, I have extensive experience in offering groups and workshops aimed at improving psychological and emotional health. These include stress management, emotional self-care, relaxation, and mindfulness approaches.

Starting soon – Online Mindfulness for Stress Reduction (MBSR) courses: As a trained mindfulness teacher, join me and a small group as we experience what mindfulness is, how we can practice it, and how it can be useful to manage stress and increase wellbeing.
